  7. ¶1A  coder  for  an  example do not care
  8. that  much if the "prg" is new or old,
  9. he just care if it is well done and so
  10. on.

  12. For  a swapper matter both the quality
  13. and  how old the "prg" is a lot!  Many
  14. times  it is impossible to know if the
  15. "prg"  is old or new, because that the
  16. makers don't care about the prob- lems
  17. a  swapper gets when the release- date
  18. is missing.

  20. The reason that the release-date is so
  21. important  is  ¶3NOT  ¶1that swappers only
  22. like  new  stuff, no the reason should
  23. be so simple that an article like this
  24. shouldn't   have   been  nessecary  to
  25. write!  -The reason is, when a swapper
  26. which  have many elite-contacts gets a
  27. "prg," he have to send it the same day
  28. or max.3 days after he gets the "prg,"
  29. because  if he waits any longer he can
  30. probably  be  sure  that  his contacts
  31. already  have it.  Well, even if he do
  32. send  the  "prg" the day after he gets
  33. it,  the  receiver  might already have
  34. had  the  demo  for two weeks!  If the
  35. release- date (or crack-date) had been
  36. printed  in  the begining of the "prg"
  37. he  would  be  more certain if it were
  38. any  point  in  spreading the "prg" or
  39. not.

  41. All  swappers hate to get stuff they
  42. already  have,  especially  when  they
  43. have  had  it for a long time!  But if
  44. the  makers  of  the different "prg's"
  45. had  cared  enough about the swappers,
  46. then  this  problem  very easily would
  47. have  been gone!  -All the makers have
  48. to do is to write the day they release
  49. the  "prg!!!"  This  should  be  quite
  50. simple to understand, and quite simple
  51. to do!
